Eye-catching Iowa Belle features blooms with a combination of purest white petals edged with strawberry red. Large, oval buds open into fully double 4-5” blooms with 30-40 petals produced on a compact, continual blooming, well-foliaged plant with leathery dark-green leaves. Iowa Belle is winter hardy in the midwest without protection.
