A shrub rose with pointed buds that open into lovely soft pink, double blooms that are at times blushed with soft apricot and white at the base of the petals. The flowers are profusely borne in clusters of 5-10 and are sweetly scented. Large dark green leathery foliage provides a perfect backdrop for the bloom. An upright bushy plant, this friend is winter hardy in the midwest without protection.
